- The Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 21 E. 100 N. Nephi, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed change to the Nephi City Land Use Code. The proposed changes are related to zero-lot line development. A definition of the subdivision section of the code, and minor changes to the sign section. Copies of the proposed changes can be reviewed at City Hall 21 E 100 N Nephi, UT. If ADA assistance is required please contact City Hall.
