CALL TO ORDER - Regular Session 7:00 PM 2. REGULAR AGENDA 2.1. Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Development's request for review of the Jonsson Mink Farm General Plan Amendment, 5.3-acres of property located at approximately 700 South 1900 West changing the land use designation from LDR (low density residential) to HDR (high density residential). 2.2. Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Development's request for review of the Jonsson Mink Farm Concept, a 59-unit residential development located at approximately 700 South 1900 West. 2.3. Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Development's request for review of an amendment to the Ivory Ridge Area Plan, adding an additional 56 units for an overall density of 3.86 units per acre. 2.4. Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Development's request for review of the Ivory Ridge Concept, a 7.8-acre mixed-use development located at approximately 3360 North Center. 2.5. Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Development's request for review of an amendment to the Holbrook Farm Area Plan, amending the plan to add an additional 250 units. 3. ADJOURNMENT - Public is invited to attend all Planning Commission Work Session Meetings - In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons in need of special accommodations should contact the City Recorder at 768-7100 ext. 2254. - This agenda has been properly posted and a copy provided to the local news media.
