- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS December 10, 2019 and December 19, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 7:00 PM, TUESDAY, December 10, 2019, in the City Council Chambers, located at Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone 2.55 acres of property located at approximately 710 West 1425 North, currently zoned CP-3 (Planned Regional Commercial) to MU, DO-1 (Mixed-Use, Mixed Use Design Overlay District). The Layton City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on THURSDAY, December 19, 2019. at 7:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers, located at Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue. The hearings will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission and City Council meetings. Public comments are welcomed.
