NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY, SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Roll Call. 2. Public Hearings 6:00 p.m.: A. Receive comments concerning an amendment to the subdivision plat for the Richfield City Business Park located at 2225 South 600 West. B. Receive comments concerning an application filed by Sevier School District (Chad Lloyd) requesting a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map allowing the zoning of the property located at 195 East 500 North to be changed from the CS zone (Commercial Shopping )to the RM-11 zone (Multiple Family Residential). 3. Discussion and Motion on Public Hearings: A. Consider motion for recommendation for approval or denial to be made to the City Council concerning an amendment to the subdivision plat for the Richfield City Business Park located at 2225 South 600 West. B. Consider motion for recommendation for approval or denial to be made to the City Council concerning an application filed by Sevier School District (Chad Lloyd) requesting a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map allowing the zoning of the property located at 195 East 500 North to be changed from the CS zone (Commercial Shopping )to the RM-11 zone (Multiple Family Residential). 4.
