Description/Agenda: Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearings Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct public hearings on December 3, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearings are for: - Creation of an overlay zone to allow cannabis production as a permitted use in at least one agricultural and one industrial zone. This amendment creates an overlay zone that can be approved in specific place. - Amendment to municipal code chapter 17.80, signage The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting.
