STATE RECORDS COMMITTEE MEETING Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Utah State Archives Building 346 S. Rio Grande St. Salt Lake City, UT 84101 NOTE: The Chair may recess for lunch at 12:00 p.m. and may reconvene at 12:30 p.m. when there are three or more hearings scheduled. The order of the appeal hearings may be determined by the Chair. AGENDA HEARINGS: Patrick Sullivan v. Utah Dept. of Corrections: Requesting a fee waiver and access to another person's private records who has given power of attorney to petitioner. Patrick Sullivan v. Utah Department of Corrections: Requesting access and fee waiver to a detailed history of fund 1329 (inmate phone accounting). Steven Onysko v. Attorney General's Office: Requesting access to incoming and outgoing call records for cellphone 385-249-0691 assigned to anyone including Bridget Romano, former Civil Chief Deputy, from 4/1/2018 - 6/30/22018. Schatz Anderson (for Riley Booker) v. Davis County (Sheriff's Office/Jail): Requesting access to video and audio recordings of the Davis County Jail parking lot and the booking intoxilyzer area related to client's breath test. Courtney Tanner (Salt Lake Tribune) v. West Valley City: Requesting a fee waiver and access to any and all reports, records, lists or inventories generated when the University of Utah (UofU) Police Department used West Valley City (WVC) Police technology this year to do a phone download of Officer Miguel Deras' personal cell phone. And any emails sent between anyone at WVC and UofU to set up this phone download.
