Status of Millcreek; Mayor Jeff Silvestrini 2. Open Discussion: Legislator Priorities and Items of Interest; State Legislators 3. Funding for After School Programs and Promise Program Update; Francis Lilly, Planning and Zoning Director 4. H.B. 411 Update and Suggested Modifications; Kurt Hansen, Legislative Policy Director 5. Tax Restructuring and Equalization Task Force Update; Ashley and Dave Spatafore, Capstone Strategies, LLC 6. Tier II Police and Fire Retirement Update; Ashley and Dave Spatafore, Capstone Strategies, LLC 7.
