Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:
a zone change from C-3 (General Commercial) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on 2.54 acres for 'Mountain America Credit Union' to develop a 3 story office building with covered parking below it. The site is generally located at 2654 East Red Cliffs Drive. The owner is Mountain America C.U. and the representative is Larry Oldham, Babcock Design - Architect. Case No. 2019-ZC-052
A request for a zone change from M-1 (Manufacturing) to MC (Manufacturing / Commercial) to allow for a greater use list. The owner is Joe Schumacher. The site is located at 3292 E Deseret Drive. Case No. 2019-ZC-053
Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
