NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE NOVEMBER 27, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2019 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Summa Terra Ventures, LLC seeking site plan approval for The Gallery, a mixed-use project located at 655 S 1200 W in the CC-Community Commercial Zone. 2. 9:20 A.M. - T&K Holdings, LLC seeking site plan approval for an office/warehouse project located at 1826 S State Street in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. 3. 9:40 A.M. - Matt Baker seeking final plat approval for the Ashton Springs Subdivision-Phase 2, located in the area of 900 S 700 W in the R1-10/WF-1 Zones. 4. 10:00 A.M. - Daniel Thomas seeking minor subdivision and site plan approval for Spring Pointe Exchange. A commercial development located in the area of 633 N 2250 W in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone.
