Description/Agenda: Smithfield City (the 'City') serving development within the City's current boundaries, intends to adopt Ordinance 19-16, an Ordinance implementing an Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) related sewer treatment services. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 503. The Service Area for this analysis is the entire City boundaries plus anyone outside of the city boundary served with city services. You are hereby invited to provide comment for the city council to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced documents at the Smithfield City Council meeting on Wednesday, December 11th. The public hearing will start no sooner than 7:00 P.M. and be held at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield.
