Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a request from Mo Vedadi for a reduction to the flag lot side yard setback requirement at the property located at 8564 S. Little Willow Cir. in the R-1-8 - Residential Single-Family Zone.
The hearing will be held at Cottonwood Heights City Hall (Council Chambers), 2277 E. Bengal Blvd., on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 6:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible. Inquiries should be directed to Andy Hulka, Planner, at 801-944-7065 or at ahulka@ch.utah.gov.
