- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the city offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Chambers Subdivision consisting of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) from 500 South 100 West to 144 West. Tax Id. #10-029-0012
