Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated; Section 52-4-202 (6), Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ferron City, Emery County, Utah, will hold a special meeting and work session on Monday, November 25th, 2019, commencing at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall
1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, WELCOME
2. DISCUSSION/APPROVAL OF GOLF COURSE AND POSSIBLE PATENT
3. RESOLUTION 2019-7: A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PATENT WITH THE BLM
4. (IF NEEDED), CONSIDERATION TO ENTER CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS THE CHARACTER, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE, OR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH OF AN INDIVIDUAL, PENDING OR REASONABLE IMMINENT LITIGATION, AND THE PURCHASE, EXCHANGE, OR LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY, PURSUANT TO UTAH CODE SECTION 52-4-205
