- NOTICE OF MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF ST. GEORGE WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, commencing at 5:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: Call to Order Flag Salute 1. PRELIMINARY PLAT (PP) Consider a two (2) lot commercial preliminary plat for 'Red Cliffs Square Subdivision'. Generally located at 2700 E Red Cliffs Drive the property is zoned C-3 (General Commercial). The representative is Bob Hermandson. Case No. 2019-PP-053. (Staff - Wes Jenkins) 2. MINUTES Consider approval of minutes from the November 12, 2019 meeting. 3. CITY COUNCIL ACTIONS - November 21, 2019 The Community Development Director will report on the following items heard at City Council A. GPA - Southern Hills B. ZCA - Brookfield Apartments, Woodland Townhomes & Woodland Patio Homes C.
