Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2019; and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2020. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on GPA 2019-100016, a general plan amendment request by Sam Chelemes to change the designation for the subject property from Commercial to Residential. Location: Approximately 175 West Antelope Drive. (TIN: 12-242-0009 & 12-243-0003). Project Area: 10.21 Acres. Staff: Spencer W. Brimley (Legislative Matter). Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on RZN 2019-100016, a zoning map amendment request by Sam Chelemes to rezone 10.21 acres of the subject property from C-2 (Commercial) to A-1 (Agricultural). Location: Approximately 175 West Antelope Drive. (TIN: 12-242-0009 & 12-243-0003). Project Area: 10.21 Acres. Staff: Spencer W. Brimley (Legislative Matter). Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on RZN 2019-100017, a zoning map amendment request by Jason Hamblin to rezone 12.41 acres of the subject property from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-1-8 (Residential). Location: Approximately 741 West 300 North. (TIN: 12-019-0121). Project Area: 1.75 Acres. Planner: Brad McIlrath (Legislative Matter). A copy of the application is available for review in the Customer Service Center on the 1st Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
