- NOTICE OF EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF ST. GEORGE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Pursuant to Sec. 52-4-202, Utah Code Annotated, public notice is hereby given that the Neighborhood Redevelopment Agency of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold an emergency meeting in the City Council Chambers, St. George City Office, 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, November 21, 2019 commencing at 5:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Consider approval of third amendment to a Joint Development Agreement between SG Boulevard Land, LLC, The City of St. George, and the Neighborhood Redevelopment Agency of the City of St. George. BACKGROUND and RECOMMENDATION: The applicant is requesting an amendment to the development agreement. The third amendment will allow for the occupancy of the Marriott hotel, which is located on the south west corner of St. George Blvd and Main Street. Staff recommends approval. ___ Christina Fernande, Secretary Date REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The City of St. George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
