NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS A REQUEST TO VACATE AN EASEMENT The Santa Clara City Council has scheduled A Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday December 11, 2019 in the City Council Chambers of the Town Hall located at 2603 Santa Clara Dr., Santa Clara, UT. 84765. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input regarding a request to vacate an easement along the side of Lot 105 of the Santa Clara Heights Subdivision Plat K. Beginning at a point being North 56°30'00' West 7.50 feet from the northeast corner of Lot 105, Santa Clara Heights Plat 'K', as found on record at the Washington County Recorder's Office, and running; thence South 35°00'00' West 7.50 feet; thence North 56°30'00' West 78.81 feet; thence North 27°00'00' East 7.55 feet to the northerly line of said Lot 105; thence South 56°30'00' East 79.86 feet along said northerly line to the Point of Beginning. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary Communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Chris Shelley at 673-6712 ext.203 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
