- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet for a public hearing & budget meeting on Monday, December 9, 2019 beginning at 6:00 PM in Commission Chambers of the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah for the purpose of discussion the following: 6:00 P.M. Public Hearing - General Fund 6:15 P.M. Public Hearing - Library 6:20 P.M. Public Hearing - Duchesne/Wasatch Blue Bench Landfill
