NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 4 at 6:00 p.m. with to consider a proposed Conditional Use for Lowe's located at 1358 North Canyon Creek Parkway. The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public Hearings on Wednesday, December 4 and Tuesday, December 10, at 6:00 p.m. Zoning Map Amendment from R-R to R-3 located at 200 East 900 South for approximately 8.77 acres. Zoning Map Amendment from R-R to R-3 located at 200 East 900 South for approximately 8.77 acres. Proposed Text Amendments to Title 15, the City's Zoning Code. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
