MEETING AGENDA Darrell Kirby, Chairperson The regularly scheduled West Valley City Clean and Beautiful Committee meeting will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the West Valley City Hall, Public Relations & Neighborhood Services Office, Suite 230, West Valley City Hall, 3600 S Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah. Members of the press and public are invited to attend. Committee Members should RSVP to Craig Thomas at 801-963-3285 if they are unable to attend. Posted November 20, 2019. Short Committee Meeting followed by lobby holiday decorating. 1) Call to Order and Welcome 2) Approval of Minutes a) September 21, 2019 b) October 17, 2019 3) 2019 Projects / Upcoming Dates a) DECEMBER: Committee Holiday Party i) Date: Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 6:30-8:30 pm ii) Location: Utah Cultural Celebration Center iii) Potluck: sign up sheet iv) White Elephant: One per couple, under a $20 value 4) 2020 Projects / Upcoming Dates i) Meeting Dates (new dates) ii) Banners (1) Banners are up along 3500 South. (2) Did not have enough to complete. (3) Budget request of $1,440 to order 24 banners (12 sets) to complete the corridor and to have extra on hand to replace if damaged. 5) Other Business 6) Adjourn Decorate the outside tree and the lobby.
