- Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Plain City will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, the 12th day of December 2019 in the Plain City Hall at 4160 West 2200 North which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing shall be to receive public comment concerning the Amendment of the Plain City Annexation Policy Plan. The proposed Annexation Policy Plan is on file at the City Hall for public review.
