- RESULTS OF GENERAL ELECTION WASHINGTON TERRACE CITY. I, Amy Rodriguez, the duly appointed Washington Terrace City Recorder, do hereby certify the results of the General Election held on November 5, 2019. The Board of Canvass was held on November 19, 2019 and all provisional and absentee ballots were counted and included in the following results: Washington Terrace City Council Total Votes: 3723; Scott L. Barker- 944: 25.36%, Blair Brown-769: 20.66%, F. Carey Seal- 743 19.96%, Brett DeGroot-649: 17.43%, Scott J. Monsen-618: 16.60%. The top three (3) will serve 4-year terms.
