- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Emery County, Utah, will meet for a FY 2020 Budget Work Session on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Emery County Administrative Building, second floor, located at 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, UT 84513.
