Re: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Dear Property Owner:
The Draper City Council hereby gives notice that it will hold a public hearing on November 19th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Draper City Council Chambers, 1020 East Pioneer Road, to consider vacating a detention pond easement on Parcel 34-06-403-001, Lot 1 of Southam Estates Subdivision (see Vicinity Map). You are receiving this notice because you own property within 300 feet of the property proposed for vacation. You are welcome to attend the public hearing and make comment regarding this matter.

PUBLIC HEARING PROCEDURE AND ORDER OF BUSINESS.
