Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Monticello City Council Certification of Canvass Notice is hereby given that on November 13, 2019, the Monticello City Council and the City Recorder conducted a canvass of the November 5, 2019, municipal general election returns, pursuant to Section 20A-4-301(2), Utah Code Unannotated. Conduct of the election and records thereof were found to be in accordance with procedures set forth in Utah Election Laws. The following candidates were declared to have been duly elected and will begin their terms of office on January 2, 2019: For City Council, 4-year term: Nathan Chamberlain Kim Henderson Ron Skinner
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend a meeting may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three working days prior to the meeting. City Council may adjourn to closed session by majority vote, pursuant to Utah Code §52-4-4 & 5.
