KAYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular council meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2019, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Business Resource Center of the Davis Technical College, 450 South Simmons Way, Kaysville, UT. CITY COUNCIL MEETING - 7:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. OPENING a. Provided by Council Member Dave Adams. 2. RECOGNITIONS AND PRESENTATIONS a. Swearing-In of Youth Court Judges. b. Recreation Department Special Recognitions. c. Fiscal Year 2019 Independent Auditor's Report. 3. DECLARATION OF ANY CONFLICTS OF INTEREST 4. CONSENT ITEMS a. Adoption of a Joint Cooperation Statement with Kaysville City and Dominion Energy Utah. b. Approval of asphalt roller purchase for the Public Works Department. 5. ACTION ITEMS a. Creation of Kaysville City Voter Participation Areas. b. Preliminary plat approval for the Kourosh Subdivision located at 946 East 300 North - Kourosh Haroni. c. Preliminary plat approval for the Island View Townhomes Subdivision located at 750 East 250 North - Advanced Solutions Group. d. General Plan Amendment. (Tabled Item) e. An Ordinance amending Chapter 17-12, Single Family Residential District, of Title 17, Planning and Zoning, to create a new R-1-6 (Single Family 6,000 Sq. Ft. Lot District). f. An Ordinance repealing Ordinance 19-09-04 relating to the Telecommunications Department and Utility. g. A Resolution repealing Resolution 19-09-03 relating to the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement of Lighthub Communications Agency, and withdrawing approval of related Service Agreement. 6. WORK ITEMS a.
