Town of Goshen Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing Notice
The Town of Goshen Planning Commission hereby gives notice of a public hearing Tuesday, December 10, 2019 scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Goshen Town Office Building located at 10 West Main St. in Goshen.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed zone change petition from 5-acre zones to the RRA-1 Residential Zone (Rural Residential Agriculture one acre lots), for the properties owned by Jacob Osborn parcel # 61.082.0006 located at 50 E 15800 S; Jesus Fimbres parcel # 61.082.0016 located at 70E 350 S; Cody Young parcel # 61.087.0028 located at 385 S Center Street; Farnsworth parcel #'s 39.236.0001 located at 124 E 350 S; 39.236.0002 located at 61 E 15800 S; 39.236.0003 located at 99 E 15800 S; 39.236.0004 (home residence) located at 137 E 15800 S; 39.236.0005 located at 169 E 15800 S; 61.082.0026 located behind the lot East of 356 S 100E all within Goshen, Utah town limits.
Notice is further given that if the zone change is recommended by the Planning Commission, the Goshen Town Council will hear this item at the December 17, 2019 Town Council Meeting to commence at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will also be held at the Goshen Town Office Building at 10 West Main St. in Goshen.
