Summit Engineering, representing Tracy Tolbert, requests a plat amendment to the Mill Acres subdivision to vacate a 5.697 acre portion of lot 3 for inclusion in a newly proposed subdivision to be called Mill Creek Subdivision and adding the remaining 3.197 acres to the existing lot 2. The existing Mill Acres subdivision is located at approximately 1800 South 1200 East in Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 5 East in the Residential Agriculture 1-acre (RA-1) zone. Storied Deer Valley, LLC requests preliminary subdivision approval for Cougar Moon, a residential subdivision consisting of 84 lots and 42 PUD pad sites on 267.54 acres and is a part of the Tuhaye development in Section 27, Township 2 South, Range 5 East in the Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone (JBOZ). -Austin Corry 3. Consideration of proposed Ordinance 19-10, amendment to 16.21.46 regarding Accessory Residential Units (ARU's) which are separate units in the main dwelling restricted for the use of family of the main dwelling. -Doug Smith November 18, 2019 Calvin L.
