- NOTICE OF CERTIFICATION OF 2019 SYRACUSE MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION RESULTS The ballot for the Syracuse City 2019 Municipal General Election include three City Council seats, each a four-year term. Dave Maughan received 2,605 votes and is duly elected. Lisa Wood Bingham received 2,475 votes and is duly elected. Seth Teague received 2,225 votes and is duly elected. Douglas J. Peterson received 2,001 votes. Write-in candidate Mike Spencer received 594 votes. Total votes cast: 10,010 We, the undersigned Board of Canvassers and Clerk, hereby certify the foregoing statement to be a true and correct tabulation of the 2019 General election returns as derived from the Official Canvass of Votes held on the 12th day of November,2019.
