- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF THE LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF EMERY COUNTY EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of the Local Building Authority of Emery County will meet at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, in the Emery County Courthouse Commission Chambers, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah. Emery County Board of Commissioners Lynn Sitterud Kent Wilson Gil Conover AGENDA 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny minutes from the October 2019 LBA Meeting. 2. Discussion of any upcoming projects. 3. Ratification of requisition for switchboard and components for San Rafael Research Center. 4. Ratification of requisition for sheet metal for San Rafael Research Center. 5. Ratification of requisition for garage doors for San Rafael Research Center. 6. Discuss/Approve/Deny application for supplemental CIB funding for the San Rafael Research Center. 7. Notification regarding change order #1 on Green River Salt Shed Project additional funds will come from Class B Road Funds. 8. Discuss/Approve/Deny any bills to be paid through LBA. 9. Any other business which may regularly come before the Board. 10.Adjourn.
