Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE EMERY COUNTY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the EMERY COUNTY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY will meet at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, in the Emery County Courthouse Commission Chambers, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah. Emery County Board of Commissioners: Lynn Sitterud Kent Wilson Gil Conover AGENDA 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny Hunter Solar Interlocal Agreements between Emery County Commission, Emery County School District, and the Emery Water Conservancy District. 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny Hunter Solar Participation Agreement by and between Emery County Reinvestment Agency and Hunter Solar, LLC. 3.Discuss amending bylaws to enable the Emery County Community Reinvestment Agency Board to be a six (6) member board. 4. Adjourn.
