Planning and Zoning Work Meeting
CALL TO ORDER
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
SPECIAL BUSINESS -
Discussion and recommendations for Delta Plan PUD application - Site visit review - Application corrections and sign-offs where applicable.
Review of Master Plan and Ordinance regarding development along US 191 gateway entrance areas and verify required setback from US 191.
Work Items
1. Discussion and planning for land development - Funding for master road plan
2. Discussion and information regarding development impact fees
3. Discussion and information regarding Strata request for routing of fiber and 20x20 building location
4. Secondary dwelling units

Requests for items to be added to the agenda must be submitted by 5pm the Wednesday prior to scheduled meeting. Submittals must include details of agenda item and any documents, plans, drawings etc that pertain to subject item. Requests can be emailed to hdickerson@dutchjohn.org and must be received by the above noted deadline.
Planning Commission may modify the agenda order, if necessary. This agenda may be subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.
