Residential Site Grading Permit - 2760 E Blue Spruce - (R-1-10 zone) Property owner Mr. Alex Rossi requests review of proposed grade alterations and retaining plans according to regulations and approval procedures set forth Holladay Ordinance § 13.76.700.F 2. Conditional Use Amendment - The Woods PUD, Lot 4 - 6355 South 2710 East (R-1-43) Applicant, Steve Luczak requests to amend a portion of this existing subdivision as it pertains to Lot #4. The application proposes to modify an area designated for slope and tree protection in order to accommodate the footprint of a new, detached garage. Consideration as per procedures set forth Holladay Ordinance § 13.08.040.L ACTION ITEMS 3. Conceptual Site Plan - 'Holladay Hotel' - 6417 S through 6433 S Highland Drive (ORD zone) Continued from 11/6/2019 mtg. Agent for applicant, Steve Lovell, will present a conceptual site layout and a building design for a proposed hotel land use approval as per ORD zone standards. Consideration as per procedures set forth Holladay Ordnance § 13.08 & 13.45 4. Annual Election of Commission Officers - Chair, Vice Chair. (Continued from July 16th meeting) 5. Approval of 2020 Planning Commission meeting calendar DISCUSSION ITEMS 7. Ordinance Amendment - Holladay Crossroads Zone (HCR) Staff update from recent public open houses and continued discussion of new land use zone designation; 13.66 'Holladay Crossroads'.
