(This resolution will approve the city's entry into a grant agreement through the federal Justice Assistance Grant program for federal FY 2020 administered by the Utah Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice.) 5.2 Consideration of Resolution 2019-70 Approving Entry into 2020 State Asset Forfeiture Grant Agreement. (This resolution will approve the city's entry into a grant agreement through Utah's State Asset Forfeiture Grant' program for state FY 2020 administered by the Utah Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice.) 5.3 Consideration of Resolution 2019-71 Approving Entry into Amendment No. 1 of the Amended and Restated Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Salt Lake County for $2.0 Million in Transportation Funding. (This resolution will approve the city's entry into amendment to a previously-authorized [2018] interlocal cooperation agreement whereunder Salt Lake County will disburse $2.0 Million in transportation funding to the city pursuant to S.B. 277 [2017]. The purpose of this amendment is to amend the way that project funding is allocated.) 5.4 Consideration of Resolution 2019-72 Approving an Updated Affordable Housing Plan. (Recent changes to state law requires the city to update its state-required plan for the provision of moderate income housing in the city. This resolution will approve that update, which was prepared for the city by GSBS Consulting.) 5.5 Consideration of Resolution 2019-73 Approving an Agreement for Engineering Services for the East Jordan Canal Trail.
