- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: Springville City requests to amend Title 11, Chapter 5 of Springville City Code, adopting regulations for a Materials, Processing and Storage Overlay District. Review date and time are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For further information, please contact the Community Development department at 801.491.7861. Published in the Daily Herald on November 16, 2019.
