The following is the agenda Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the November 4, 2019 council meeting. 2. Canvass of Elections 3. Review bid on a new truck for Brandon Davis or make discussion to go with lease. 4. Kade Blackner: Cattle guard on Thermal Road 5. Council and employee Christmas party and year end bonuses. 6. Update Capital Improvement list. 7. Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
