- OFFICIAL ELECTION RESULTS On November 5, 2019 Holden Town held their 2019 Municipal elections to elect 2 new council members. The total number of votes cast, 113. The number of ballots rejected, 0. The number of official ballots received, 113. The number of absentee voter ballots received, 8. The number of provisional ballots received, 5. The number of registered voters, 247. Voter turnout was 45.7%. The number of votes for each candidate: James R. Blodgett, 80; Josalyn S. Stevens, 84; Spencer Troseth, 63.
