NOTICE OF COMBINED WORKING & REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DUCHESNE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, November 18, 2019 beginning at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room #1 of the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah for the purpose of discussing and acting on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Public Works Department Update - Consideration Of Statements Of Qualifications From Qualified Civil Engineering Firms To Provide Design & Construction Engineering Services To The Warm Up Arena & Centennial Event Center Addition - Consideration Of Board Appointments - Auditors Office - Vouchers -Tax Adjustments- Deferrals-Fund 41 Purchases- Payroll - Consideration Of A Business License For Ash's Beauty Stop - Consideration Of Filling A Full Time Position For The Event Center - Consideration Of Changing A Part Time Position To A Full Time Position For Building & Grounds - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions To Discuss: 1 - The Character, Professional Competence, Or Physical Or Mental Health Of An Individual; 2 - Collective Bargaining; 3 - Pending Or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4 - The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, Or Lease Of Real Property; 5 - Deployment Of Security Personnel, Devises, Or Systems; And 6 - Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations Of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration To Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting - Consideration Of Minutes For Combined Commission Meetings Held October 21st & November 4th, 2019 - Consideration Of Minutes For Special Commissioner Meeting Held October 28th, 2019 - Discussion Of Possible Subjects For The Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring &Weekly Update On Events 1:30 PM Public Hearing - Hearing will be held in Commission Chambers - Consideration Of Resolution No. 19-10, A Resolution Amending The Housing And Transportation Elements Of The Duchesne County General Plan To Comply With The Moderate Income Housing Requirements Of The Utah Code And Recognize The Passage Of Resolution No. 17-14 Adopting The Transportation Plan - Consideration Of Approval Of An Amended Plat Affecting Lots 54, 55, 56 And 59 Of The Cedar Mountain #6 Subdivision - Adjournment I, JoAnn Evans, Duchesne County Clerk/Auditor, certify that on November 14, 2019 pursuant to U.C.A., 52-4-202, this notice was posted at least 24 hours prior to meeting time.
