NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on December 3, 2019 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - A request from McKay Christensen rezoning to allow residential and non-residential mixed use development under the Planned Development (PD) District. The property is approximately 5.8 acres and is located approximately at 10786 N 5320 W (PD-19-03). Legislative - A request by SBGS Rigeline Holdings to amend Section 3-520 of the Development Code relating to the residential recreation requirement in the P.D District. (TA-19-14). Legislative - Designation of Open Space Property for Disposal and Removal of Neighborhood Option Trails in the Wimbleton Subdivision.
