- AMENDED NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at the Wellington City Hall, located at 150 West Main Street, Wellington, Utah. Meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 3.
