Cleveland Town Council Meeting November 14, 2019 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Flag Ceremonies: Opening Ceremonies: Pledge Minutes: Questions for the Mayor and Council Limited to 10 minutes This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence. Please limit your comments to three minutes. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. General Election Canvass 2. Review and possible approval of policy change regarding non-compliance issues, changing the policy from first contact being a letter to first contact being a phone call. 3. Animal control issues-Dogs routinely running at large on 900 West with complaints from two different residents. 4. Review and possible approval of year-end bonuses for employees 5. Review bills and approve for payment 6. Council reports 7. Adjourn meeting If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken The next regular Council Meeting will be held on December 12, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
