NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold consecutive Public Hearings along with a meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. 1. Invocation 2. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comments regarding a proposed lot split at approximately 120 East 500 South, Bruce Christenson 3. 7:15 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposed lot split at approximately 200 East 300 North (Hwy 89), John Mogle and Kasey Petersen 4. Proposed Approval of Preliminary and Final Minor Subdivision Applications at approximately 120 East 500 South, Bruce Christenson 5. Proposed Approval of Preliminary and Final Minor Subdivision Applications at approximately 200 East 300 North (Hwy 89), John Mogle and Kasey Petersen 6. Proposed Approval of Conditional Use Permit, Blue Chip Partners, Subway, Riley Park, with recommendation to send to the Council for final approval 7. Approve Minutes 8.
