Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday November 13, 2019 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1 Review and Approval of minutes from October 9 , 2019 Town Council Meeting. 2 Review and Approval of October 9 - November 13, 2019 Bills/Payroll. 3 Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4 Review and approve the sell or trade of the old pipes from the burn pile. 5. Review and approve the Community fire preparedness plan 6. Discuss and approve Christmas party Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson 7.Discuss and vote on water ordinance change on fire hydrant. 8.Discuss water protection zone around town well. Roads- Lesley Smith 9.Discuss 8800 project 10.Discuss and vote on funding for light on 9200. Planning and Zoning- Martina John 11.Bell and Mariah Huggins subdivision. Question on Mariah Huggins motion. Discuss and vote. 12.Discuss water ordinance 14, 15, 17 and RV resolution 2019-05 13.Discuss and vote on adding footers to town documents.
