- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 14th of November, 2019 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Roll Call Approval of Minutes from prior meeting Report of officers Council Member Jan Hunt - Parks Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery Council Member Chylene Whipple - Buildings and Economic Development Council Member Jared Jackson - Water and Sewer Mayor Kim E.
