Elwood Town Council Meeting July 16, 2019 The Elwood Town Council met at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North, Elwood, Utah, at 7:00, July 16, 2019. The following members were present consisting of a quorum. Keenan Nelson Mayor Amy Griffin Councilmember Jon Howard Councilmember Staff present at this meeting Gina Marble Town Clerk Steve Woerner Public Works Director Others present at this meeting Mark Allred Debbie Allred WELCOME ADMINISTRATION Councilmember Griffin gave the opening prayer. Councilmember Nelson and Councilmember Pace was absent Mayor Nelson welcomed everyone to the meeting. Item#1 Preliminary plat for the Elwood Crossing Subdivision-Mark Allred, Mark presented the preliminary plat map to the council, Mayor Nelson stated that the planning commission recommended it to the town council for approval. Mayor Nelson stated that there are 5 pages of items that needed to be fixed before it will be presented for the final approval. Mayor Nelson reported on the ditch meeting that was held on the 16 of July from the central canal decided that you will have to cement the ditch and install a gasket they was thinking it was a 42 inch pipe but Mayor Nelson thought it was a 36 inch pipe. Mayor Nelson told Mark he would have to go back to the central canal for approval. Mayor thinks he has a great plan. Griffin Howard seconded the motion and the remaining council agreed.
