Elwood Town Council Meeting Feb 19, 2019 The Elwood Town Council met at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North, Elwood, Utah, at 6:00, February 19, 2019. The following members were present consisting of a quorum. Keenan Nelson Mayor Mike Pace Councilmember Jon Howard Councilmember Staff present at this meeting Gina Marble Town Clerk Steve Woerner Public Works Director Others present at this meeting Mary LaMont WELCOME ADMINISTRATION Councilmember Nelson was absent. Councilmember Pace gave the opening prayer Mayor welcomed everyone to the meeting, Item#1 Mary LaMont-Mini Storage sheds on her property on 5200 west, Mary LaMont presented her site plan for the storage sheds, the shed will be 200x40 steel building. Mayor Nelson stated that the planning commission accepted the plan and made the recommendation to move forward to the Town Council. Mayor Nelson asked if there was going to be a fence around the sheds. Mrs. LaMont stated yes it will be around the sheds. The Council liked the site plan and agrees to have them move forward. Councilmember Pace made a motion to approve the conditional use permit for the storage sheds. Councilmember Yates seconded the motion. The voting was unanimous in favor of the motion. Councilmember Pace made a motion to adjourn, Councilmember Howard seconded the motion and the remaining council agreed. Meeting was adjourned at 6:15p.m. The undersigned duly acting and appointed clerk for Elwood Town Corporation hereby certifies that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the minutes of the Town Council meeting held on the 19th day of Feb 2019.
