NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. APPOINTMENTS - Consider a motion to appoint Marlee Christiansen as Treasurer 6. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held August 13 and October 22, 2019. 7. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for October 2019. 8. BUSINESS a. Public hearing to receive comments on the annexation filed by Michael and Julie Coons located at approximately 600 South and 600 West. b. Consider the sale of granite pavers to the Wayne County Veterans for $4 each. c. Consider approving a Statewide Utility Agreement with UDOT. d. Consider approving the funds for installation of the lights on the bike path. e. Planning Commission Report. f. Consider approving the funds for new flag poles at the Lion's Park and the City Park. g. Consider approving the installation of a sprinkler system and grass seed for the new park. h. Consider approving additional funds to include a sand separator for the cemetery well. 9. OTHER BUSINESS 10. EXECUTIVE SESSION a. Strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property. 11. ADJOURNMENT
