The North Logan Planning Commission hereby announces public hearings to be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library at 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, UT.
6:35 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public input on modifying the North Logan City center code, 12C-1066.02 E-1-b, modifying the landscaped side yard setback for driveways of Small Single Family building types where alley access is not present.
6:45 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public input on modifying the North Logan City code, 12C-1001 Permitted and Conditional Uses in Zone, to allow Cannabis Production as a permitted use in the MC Zone.
6:55 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed conditional use permit to allow an accessory dwelling unit at 1576 E 1700 N, North Logan (Matthew & Stephanie Robinson).
7:05 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed conditional use permit to allow an accessory dwelling unit at 1625 East Palomino Circle, North Logan (Blake & Arielle Hadfield).
Proposed ordinance revisions will be available for review at the City Office or on the Utah Public website.
Interested citizens are invited to attend.
