KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville Fire Station Building at 175 South Main St Kaysville, UT. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of the minutes from the meeting October 24, 2019. 2. Public Hearing for the rezone of 19.5 acres of property at 820 Mare Circle from A-5 (Heavy Agriculture) to the R-M (Multiple Family Dwelling) zoning district for Paul Feser on behalf of Jeff and Suzanne Hansen. 3. Conditional use permit for Two-Family dwelling townhomes at 750 East 250 South for Pete Smith with Advanced Solutions Group. 4. Public Hearing and preliminary plat approval for the Island View Townhomes at 750 East 250 South for Pete Smith with Advanced Solutions Group. 5. Preliminary plat approval for the Kourosh Subdivision at 946 East 300 North for Kourosh Haroni (Tabled Item). 6. Public Hearing for the creation of the R-1-6 zoning district. An ordinance amending Chapter 17-12, Single Family Residential District, of Title 17, Planning and Zoning, to create a new R-1-6 (Single Family 6,000 SQ. FT.) Zoning District. 7. Final plat approval for The Cottages at Harvey Estates Phase 1 at approximately 1955 West 200 North for Ovation Homes. 8. Call to the public. 9. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 10. Adjournment.
