The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Brent Parker to reduce the setback from 150' to 20' on parcel #11-091-0013, due to the size of the parcel as allowed by code. b. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request for a conditional use, from Dick Wells to have his existing home at 325 North 200 West be declared a 'Multiple Family Dwelling' (Duplex) Tax Id #11-078-0003. 7. Kathy Merrill-Discuss for approval a lot line adjustment on the south east corner of her lot located at 160 North Center. Tax Id. #11-082-0055. 8. Other zoning matters
